  • Tasting Notes

    The vines selected to make the "La Part des Anges" were planted 30 years ago and are located in the village of Fleys. They areplanted on a Kimmeridgian soil made up of very white clay and large limestone stones. The hillside is very steep and exposed to the west. The total of these plots is 1.50 hectares. Dry, medium bodied, intense, complex, it delivers notes of lime, green pear, fresh grass and gunpowder, with a long clean, salty and subtle finish. 100% Chardonnay. Ageing potential: +15 years. Serving temperature: 10-12C. Glass: Bordeaux white.
