2017, 0,75L ×2
This elegant Pinot Noir (Pinot Noir is an Burgundian-native grape variety, prove are the German synonyms Spätburgunder, Blauburgunder) comes from the Côte-de-Beaune, the southern part of the Côte-d´Or. Although still young, it is already very much enjoyable and it will perfectly pair with raw-milk cheese such as Époisses, Maroilles, Pont-l´Evêque and Livarot. Very fresh, with a vivid acidity, it expresses notes of small red fruits, violet, rose and a clean slightly smokey aftertaste. Medium bodied, intense, complex, persistent. 100% Pinot Noir. Ageing potential: +15 years. Serving temperature: 15-16C. Glass: Burgundy red.
