It is a liqueur produced with homemade Marc de Champagne, blended with grape juice. Notes of candies oranges and bergamotes, dried plums and dried red apples, vanilla and blond tobacco notes. Perfect with blue cheese such as Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Stilton, chocolate desserts like Sachertorte or mousse au chocolat, chocolate pralines, foie gras and also with a cigar.
