The Brut Nature or Dosaggio Zero category is the most difficult one, because the grapes used for making these "méthodes champenoises" must be at perfect maturity, either technological and phenolic.

Hopefully, Enrico Rivetto and Yann Alexandre are among the best winemakers in the world and they know how to make them.

The book, by Daniela Dejnega and Luzia Schramps, is an out-of-the-box jewel. The two famous wine critics and journalists have listed 111 sparkling wines that are not only outstanding in terms of quality, but also in terms of personality.
