Domaine Guillemard-Pothier is an hidden gem of the Côte de Beaune, whose domaine is owner of vineyards in Meursault, Pommard, Beaune 1er Cru, Auxey-Duresses and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. A personal favourite, they refused to change the typical Burgundian wine style with a more international one, in ordet to keep on serving the local customers and friends and those among the world that want to experience how Burgundy really taste like. Of course they produce Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, but also Aligoté and they are one of the few producers still cultivating Pinot Beurot, the original clone of Pinot Gris, the way it is called in Burgundy.
