I still remember the first time I met Cédric Moussé: at a tasting in the Pavillon Kléber in Paris. I told myself: he´s going to be a star. Well, I was almost right: today he is THE STAR of Meunier-based Champagnes. Globally acclaimed, his Champagnes are a pleasure to the eyes and the palate. At the heart of the Vallée de la Marne his 100% Meunier champagnes are unbeatable and his 100% Chardonnay a very rare find. Robert Parker rated last year 95 points his Or d´Eugène Brut NV, an honour happened in the past, for a Brut NV Champagne, only to Vilmart and Selosse.

Soils: mainly green clay
